Requests for order changes or special requests may delay your order for 1-3 business days depending on our current volume. Please visit the FAQ page for the answers to our most commonly asked questions.
FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING DELIVERY OF AN ORDER:
Please only e-mail us if it has been 5 business days since your order was shipped. USPS will not open research requests on packages until 5 business days have passed. Inquiries about orders shipped fewer than 5 business days will be answered after the 5th business day has passed so we can confirm if a research request needs to be made.
